March 3rd -         Grilled Pork Chops with Onion Marmalade, Seasoned Mashed Potatoes, Crisp Pepper Cabbage, Fresh Breads and Peach Cobbler

March 4th -         Baked Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Spinach Salad, Assorted Breads and Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
